High School Music Program – August 11, 2012

The members of the current State High Marching Band have committed to playing musical selections in honor of the 1972 Marching Little Lions, who carried the banner to Munich for the Olympic Games.

They will be playing at a special tribute to that band and all of the alumni from State High Classes of the ’70s, from 1:00 to 3:00 Saturday August 11, 2012 in the high school auditorium. The program that day will include highlights from each graduating class, and talent presentations.

The school will be open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for alumni to tour and reunite with other alumni and their families, and actually walk down memory lanes (aka the halls). See what has changed, and more importantly, what remains the same that day.

ANY ALUMNI who wish to sing a song, tell a good clean joke, offer up a class memory, or other talent presentation, are welcome and encouraged to contact Chuck Yorks, class of 1973, at chuckyorks73@gmail.com as soon as possible.
